Lyft is seeking a Senior Claims Operations Specialist to join its Risk Team, handling claims processing and customer inquiries for Lyft Healthcare, Bikes and Scooters, and other lines.

• Create initial loss reports and assist with claims processes.
• Respond to customer inquiries and request additional information.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on claims processes and system updates.
• Gather investigative material and support adjusters.
• Develop reports and support various teams including Risk, Safety, Legal, and Finance.
• Assist with special projects like auditing and data reconciliation.

• 2+ years experience handling customer support issues, ideally in safety or claims.
• Empathetic, high standards, excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize.
• Strong collaboration skills.

Base pay range: $50,180 - $62,730 for the Nashville area.
