Senior Client Account Manager

We are looking for a Senior Client Account Manager for the Restaurants and Drinks vertical of Large Customer Sales. This role will collaborate closely with Client Partners on campaign execution and optimizations to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the Reddit platform. The role is required to be based out of our Chicago or New York City offices.

• Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals.
• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, including agencies and Fortune 500 clients, to drive year-on-year revenue growth.
• Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish and deliver insightful optimizations.
• Manage internal account operations, including revenue delivery and troubleshooting.
• Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit’s value proposition and best practices.
• Consult clients on awareness and direct response objectives, and partner with Client Partners to craft media plans.
• Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve technical hurdles.
• Represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders and shape Reddit’s native ads product roadmap.
• Mentor and train other team members.

• 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management; Restaurants and Drinks client experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
• Comfortable with problems of diverse scope requiring data analysis.
• Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
• Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to product, process, and client challenges.
• Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel preferred.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Base salary range: $135,100—$189,200 USD. Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units and commission.
