Senior Client Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (CPG)

Senior Client Account Manager for the CPG vertical of Large Customer Sales, based in New York City. Collaborates with Client Partners on campaign execution and optimizations to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on Reddit.

• Manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners, including agencies and Fortune 500 clients, to drive year-on-year revenue growth.
• Lead campaign launches and deliver optimizations to agency and client partners.
• Manage internal account operations, including revenue delivery and troubleshooting.
• Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit's value proposition and best practices.
• Consult clients on awareness and direct response objectives; partner with Client Partners on media plans.
• Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery.
• Shape Reddit's native ads product roadmap by sharing client feedback and campaign metrics.
• Mentor and train other team members.

• 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management; CPG experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
• Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong relationship-building.
• Proficiency in Excel preferred.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Base salary range: $135,100—$189,200 USD. Eligible for equity (restricted stock units) and commission.
