Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and build foundational datasets that power analytics, business intelligence, and AI across CoreWeave. You will own the development of dimensional data models, enterprise metrics, and curated data products. You will partner with business domains and analytics teams to translate operational processes into scalable data models while ensuring performance, quality, and consistency.

• Design and build resilient data pipelines and scalable lakehouse systems.
• Develop dimensional data models, enterprise metrics, and curated data products.
• Optimize and troubleshoot complex analytical workloads.
• Operate distributed data processing systems using Spark, Flink, or similar technologies.
• Work with modern lakehouse architectures such as Iceberg, Delta, StarRocks, Clickhouse, or Trino.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience designing and building analytical data models in enterprise data warehouse or lakehouse environments.
• Expertise in at least one programming language such as Python, Scala, or Rust.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with Spark, Flink, or similar distributed data processing systems.
• Deep expertise in dimensional modeling for OLAP workloads.
• Experience building curated datasets, semantic models, and enterprise metrics.

• Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka, AutoMQ, Pulsar, or similar streaming platforms.
• Experience operating data-intensive workloads on Kubernetes.
• Experience in high-growth technology or infrastructure-focused organizations.

Base salary range: $182,000 to $242,000. Total rewards include discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits.
