Senior Data Scientist, Guest & Host

Airbnb is a global marketplace for unique stays and experiences. The Guest & Host Data Science team builds models, measurement frameworks, and data products to improve the marketplace. This role covers tracks in Pricing, Guest and Host Product, and Marketplace Data Science. Responsibilities include building relationships with cross-functional partners, developing data-driven products and models, writing software in Python, SQL, or R, analyzing data, and communicating insights. Requires 5+ years experience with BS/MS or 2+ years with PhD, expertise in experimentation, causal inference, machine learning, strong coding in SQL and Python/R, and communication skills. The role is US remote eligible. Pay range: $179,000—$210,000 USD. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
