Senior Director, People Business Partner

As the Senior Director, People Business Partners, you'll serve as a strategic business partner to multiple C-level executives, leading a team of experienced global PBPs. You'll report to the VP, People Business Partners and translate business priorities into talent strategies for a fully remote environment. Responsibilities include architecting organizational transformation, driving talent reviews and succession planning, bringing people analytics to leadership, coaching executives, and partnering with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations. Qualifications include a proven track record leading people strategy through significant organizational transformation, experience building and scaling a PBP team, executive-level presence, and ability to lead across time zones. The base salary range for US residents is $184,800—$380,400 USD.
