Senior Engineering Manager - Enablement

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering Enablement team. This team equips Honeycomb to innovate quickly and safely by providing fast, reliable feedback loops through CI/CD, testing, dependency management, and developer tooling. Our biggest current bet is Autobots, a centralized platform of autonomous agents that participate in engineering workflows.

• Own developer feedback loops including CI/CD, testing, dependency management, and tooling.
• Lead AI-partnered development and incubate the next chapter of AI-assisted engineering.
• Define and track developer-productivity and satisfaction metrics.
• Lead change across the org and grow the team.

• Multi-year experience leading an engineering enablement / developer-experience team.
• Fluency in CI/CD.
• Track record of defining and tracking developer-productivity / ROI metrics.
• Cross-org change leadership, ideally with AI rollout.
• Real depth with AI tooling and ability to articulate an AI philosophy.
• Familiarity with observability / OpenTelemetry.
• Experience running internal platform or tooling as a product.

Base salary: $208,260—$234,000 USD.
