About the Role

Twilio is seeking a Senior HRBP Manager, GTM to partner with senior executives across Industry Relations & Strategic Growth (IR&SG), Partners, and GTM Operations and Sales Enablement (GTM SOE). This individual contributor role is a trusted advisor to 1 SVP and 4 VPs, driving workforce strategies for a globally distributed organization of ~175 employees. The role focuses on strategic partnership, talent planning, organizational effectiveness, data storytelling, and change leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted HR advisor to SVP and VP leaders, shaping talent strategies that drive revenue enablement, partner ecosystem expansion, and organizational performance.
  • Learn the business deeply, anticipating talent needs and capability gaps at scale.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on organizational design, talent allocation, capability planning, and resourcing.
  • Partner with leaders to cultivate a high-performing, agile, and inclusive culture.
  • Navigate complex transformations (workforce planning, AI adoption, reorganizations) with empathy and influence.
  • Provide confidential one-on-one coaching to senior leaders.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning, skills gap analysis, and capability assessments.
  • Partner with Talent Development and Learning teams to evaluate talent pipelines and successor readiness.
  • Design global organizational structures balancing efficiency and agility.
  • Pioneer succession planning, mobility strategies, and retention frameworks.
  • Utilize HR analytics, predictive workforce modeling, and AI-enabled tools for actionable insights.
  • Partner with People Data Solutions & AI team to develop and scale AI-powered tools.
  • Monitor external workforce trends and advise on risks and opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives for executives.
  • Drive adoption of new HR programs, AI tools, and workforce strategies.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Promote equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of HRBP or equivalent experience in fast-moving, global, high-growth technology organizations.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing talent strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • High-level understanding of GTM operating models, SaaS/CPaaS sales motion dynamics, enablement frameworks, and partner ecosystem strategies.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex decision-making.
  • Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, and talent retention.
  • Strong skills in data, analytics, AI, and automation insights.
  • Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired

  • Experience leading HRBP strategy for global teams of 200+ employees across NAMER, APJ, LATAM, EMEA.
  • Prior experience managing change initiatives related to AI adoption, GTM restructures, or enablement digital transformations.
  • Advanced analytics or people insights experience.
  • Experience advising executive leadership on complex workforce challenges.

Location and Travel

This role is remote and based in the US or Canada, but not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA. Occasional travel may be required for project or team in-person meetings.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation ranges vary by location (for candidates in specific states):

  • Colorado or Washington D.C.: $141,520 - $176,900
  • New York, Washington State, or California (outside SF Bay Area): $149,840 - $187,300
  • San Francisco Bay Area, California: $166,400 - $208,000

This role may be eligible for Twilio's equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles generally include health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, and paid parental leave.
