  • Oversee compensation tools, systems, and processes to improve data quality, efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Lead executive compensation analyses and support the preparation of materials for Compensation Committee, Board, and executive leadership reviews.

What We Look For

  • 12+ years of compensation experience, including significant experience designing and managing broad-based and executive compensation programs.
  • Demonstrated success leading increasingly complex compensation initiatives and influencing senior business leaders.
  • Deep expertise across compensation strategy, market benchmarking, incentive design, executive compensation, governance, and program administration.
  • Experience supporting executive compensation programs, Board or Compensation Committee processes, proxy-related activities, or other governance requirements.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders across People, Finance, Legal, and business leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to translate philosophy into scalable operational solutions.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including expert-level proficiency in Excel and experience building complex compensation models, scenario analyses, and large-scale workforce analyses.
  • Experience leveraging modern analytics, data, and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Snowflake, Sigma Computing, Claude Code, or similar platforms) to drive insights, improve efficiency, and support compensation decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, business judgment, and executive presence, with the ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
