Senior Manager, Scaled Operations, FSI

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Scaled Services team within Fraud & Safety Investigations (FSI). This role reports directly to the Director of Fraud and Safety Investigations and is part of the FSI leadership team. You will lead three teams spanning scaled implementation, data & internal tooling, and quality assurance and standards.

• Lead the Scaled Services team, managing three people managers and one individual contributor.
• Set strategy and operating rhythm for delivering against FSI's roadmap, quality goals, and efficiency targets.
• Oversee end-to-end launch delivery across FSI, ensuring initiatives land on time, within budget, and at quality.
• Own the tools roadmap for operations, driving implementation and adoption of tooling strategy.
• Build self-serve data and business intelligence tooling, with a north star of full self-service through Claude + MCP integration.
• Govern agent quality and workflow integrity, including UAT for new launches.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics.

• 12+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or program management.
• 5+ years managing managers, with a track record of building high-performing, distributed teams.
• Experience leading multi-functional operations teams at the intersection of process, tooling, and data.
• Strong grasp of data and analytics, including data architecture and metric governance.
• Proven ability to set quality standards at scale and govern them impartially.
• Strong cross-functional influence skills.
• Clear, direct communicator.
• Experience in Trust, Fraud, Safety, or high-stakes operations is a plus.

Base pay range: $192,000—$235,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
