About the Role
Fivetran + dbt Labs is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a Central US Solutions Architecture team. This leadership role involves growing and leading a team of Solutions Architects to drive revenue growth and customer success, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring technical excellence, and driving the success of sales efforts.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects
- Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team
- Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling
- Guide GTM strategy in the region by providing insight on sales strategy, product gaps, and advocating for the team's needs
- Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to maintain a high talent bar
What You'll Need
- 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity, including 3+ years of direct frontline management experience (recruiting, ramping, and retaining top talent)
- Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- Reside in the Central US region
Compensation
Pay Range: $174,489—$218,112 USD. OTE (On Target Earning): $232,646—$290,808 USD.
