Senior Manager, Supply Enablement

Airbnb is a global marketplace for unique stays and experiences, connecting hosts with guests. The Supply Enablement & Activation Team is growing, and Airbnb is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager, Supply Enablement to lead a team of enablement and activation specialists. This role is US-based and remote eligible, with occasional office/offsites as agreed.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of enablement managers and activation specialists.
• Co-own the end-to-end enablement content strategy, including playbooks, pitch decks, objection handling guides, onboarding curricula, and certification programs.
• Leverage AI for content development, personalized learning, and coaching at scale.
• Partner with regional leads and cross-functional stakeholders to land product launches and sales plays.
• Build feedback loops with field teams and measure program performance and ROI.

• 12+ years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or related field.
• 3+ years managing enablement or GTM teams.
• Frontline sales experience with quota-carrying roles.
• Deep expertise with AI-powered enablement tools (Gong, Highspot, Intellum, Seismic, or equivalent).
• Strong background in instructional design and content strategy.
• Proven ability to scale GTM activation programs across distributed teams.
• Data fluency and experience with A/B testing and analytics.

Base pay range: $192,000—$235,000 USD. Eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
