Senior Partner Solutions Architect

As a Senior Partner Solutions Architect at Elastic, you will be a strategic technical leader in the EMEA partner ecosystem, responsible for technical management, activation, and enablement of partner relationships. This is a PreSales role with a sales target, requiring travel up to 30% within EMEA.

• Lead the lifecycle of agreements from business case, planning, governance, technical architecture, solution build, and business modeling, ensuring business case delivery to end customers through partners.
• Translate technical capabilities into business benefits, tailoring Elastic offerings to partner customer needs.
• Support partners in developing proactive proposals for growing Elastic Cloud with partners.
• Co-create tailored solutions integrating Elastic technology within partner offerings or customer environments.
• Co-lead design wins by developing technical blueprints for industry-specific solutions.
• Drive technical advocacy and build trusted relationships with senior technical individuals.
• Support co-marketing efforts by providing technical backbone to marketing campaigns.
• Author customer-facing publications such as white papers, blogs, and sales collateral.
• Build a focused network of Solutions Architects to drive growth.

• Fluency in French, Spanish, and English (business level) is mandatory.
• 5+ years of success in a technical presales role.
• Experience in at least one of: enterprise search, observability, or cybersecurity.
• Experience with cybersecurity (SIEM, SOAR, XDR, Endpoint) is a strong advantage.
• Experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies.
• Understanding of AI, semantic search, vector technologies, with focus on RAG, vector search, and NLP.
• Professional experience architecting/operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 30% within the EMEA region.

Typical starting On-Target Earnings range (Base Salary + Variable): €104,800—€165,800 EUR.
