As a Senior People Business Partner for Product and Engineering, you'll enable leaders to make data-driven people decisions, own core people processes, and drive organizational effectiveness. This role sits at the center of CoreWeave's Product and Engineering organization, partnering with senior leaders through rapid growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as an influential thought partner to P&E leaders, translating business goals into people decisions.
  • Execute with Impact: Deliver high-quality outcomes across complex, ambiguous workstreams.
  • Pattern Recognition & Insights: Leverage data to identify patterns and surface signals proactively.
  • Enable Change at Speed: Lead organizational change in a dynamic environment.
  • Talent Management: Drive workforce planning, talent calibration, and performance management.
  • People Risk & Workplace Advisory: Manage complex people matters with sound judgment.
  • Cross-functional Delivery: Collaborate with People Team COEs and stakeholders.

We value candidates who bring curiosity, ownership, empowerment, client focus, and collaboration. You should be comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and have deep expertise in people operations.

The base salary range is $127,000 to $168,000, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits.

Benefits include: medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% paid), life insurance, short and long-term disability, tuition reimbursement, mental wellness benefits, family-forming support, paid parental leave, childcare support, 401(k) with employer match, flexible PTO, and catered lunch.
