About Reddit

Reddit is a community of communities built on shared interests, passion, and trust. It hosts 100,000+ active communities and approximately 130 million daily active unique visitors.

Role

We're looking for a highly strategic Senior Principal Program Manager to join the GTM Excellence team within Reddit's GTM Strategy & Operations organization. In this heavily executive-facing role, you will operate as a Business Transformation Manager leading large-scale strategic initiatives—specifically owning end-to-end processes, transforming methodologies, and evolving systems, data, and products.

Responsibilities

  • Support core GTM leadership by managing Reddit's largest OPEX planning cycles, overseeing complex roadmaps, and ensuring decision-ready documents for monthly engagements with executive leadership, including the CRO and COO.
  • Own end-to-end processes, including managing and optimizing stages across the buy cycle: pipeline, forecasting methodologies, campaign planning, credit checks, credit limits, application, and invoicing.
  • Act as an extension of senior leadership, engaging with the CRO, COO, and cross-functional senior leaders across Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Data Product.
  • Break down ambiguous opportunities into clear problem statements, develop hypotheses, drive analysis, and identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Own work from idea to execution, including rollout planning, stakeholder communication, training, and adoption.
  • Navigate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions across sales spaces.
  • Evaluate current processes, identify friction points, and design simpler, more standardized processes and policies.
  • Define success metrics, track results, gather feedback, and refine processes over time.
  • Establish governance and guardrails to drive consistency.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-12+ years of experience in strategic program management, business transformation, strategy & operations, or a related field.
  • Background in Digital Media companies (platform + agency experience highly preferred).
  • Executive communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing C-suite stakeholders (CRO, COO).
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and independently structure complex problems into clear recommendations.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Startup experience in addition to larger tech/media platforms.
  • Strong foundational experience in strategy & operations or business operations.
  • Expertise in triaging complex issues, root cause analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and technology, including workflow automation and AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Deep forecasting experience, including managing and transforming forecasting processes and the full RFP-to-invoice lifecycle.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $180,200—$313,000 USD. Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units, and possibly commission. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, 401(k) with employer match, flexible vacation, paid volunteer time off, generous paid parental leave, family planning support, gender-affirming care, mental health coaching, and global benefit programs.
