Senior Product Manager

ClickUp is building the first converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search. As an AI-native company, every team member is expected to leverage AI daily. We are hiring product managers who can build with their own hands, prototyping in Cursor and Claude, and owning a meaningful surface of ClickUp.

• Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for a defined product surface.
• Run continuous discovery, using agents to monitor and synthesize.
• Write sharp PRDs and specs for engineering and design.
• Define success metrics before building, track after shipping, and iterate.
• Prototype ideas using Cursor, Claude Code, and the Prototype Playground.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and GTM.
• Present roadmap and results to stakeholders and leadership.

• 5+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of shipping features from concept to launch.
• Strong prioritization instincts and ability to say no.
• High customer empathy and ability to separate stated needs from actual needs.
• Comfortable with data: define metrics, query dashboards, argue from numbers.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace.
• Hands-on with AI tools and always exploring new ways to use them.

• Generate artifacts that accelerate alignment: draft PRDs, map user flows, validate launch readiness, synthesize research, produce competitive analyses, write release notes.
• Prototype and iterate with AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• QA your own work using browser automation tools.
• Stay current with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI, and MCP integrations.

$160K – $210K USD salary.
