Senior Product Manager, Agent Enablement

Affirm is a financial technology company that provides transparent, no-hidden-fee payment solutions, helping people pay over time. The Consumer Servicing team owns customer support channels including chat, phone, self-service flows, and internal agent tools, sitting at the intersection of customer experience, operational excellence, and AI-driven transformation.

As a Senior Product Manager on the Agent Enablement pod, you will shape the tools, workflows, and AI-powered capabilities that help agents support millions of customers. You will deeply understand customer and agent needs through research and data, champion operational excellence with Servicing and Operations teams, and design for scale through AI and automation—identifying high-leverage automation opportunities and leading build-vs-buy evaluations. You will drive an ambitious roadmap, translate insights into strategy, instrument and measure the right metrics, build scalable systems, collaborate across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and senior leaders, and own ambiguity to unlock innovation.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Build for scale and empathy—craft intuitive experiences balancing high-tech efficiency with human touch
• Thrive in complexity—zoom out to redesign service strategy or zoom in to debug agent workflows
• Lead with insight—combine product intuition, behavioral understanding, and analytical rigor
• Operate with ownership—move quickly, bring order to ambiguity, and drive outcomes
• Communicate to drive clarity—align stakeholders and make your roadmap resonate
• Bonus: experience with customer support platforms, internal tools, or scaling service operations with AI and automation

USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT): $195,000 - $255,000 per year. USA base pay range (all other U.S. states): $173,000 - $233,000 per year. Total compensation may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, and benefits including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental, and vision for you and your dependents.
