About the job
As the Senior Product Manager for the Actions & Automations team, you will own the ecosystem that enables customers, partners, and Datadog teams to build, deploy, and operate AI agents on Datadog. You will drive the strategy and execution for the platform capabilities, developer experience, integrations, and extensibility model.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Datadog's Agent Builder platform and ecosystem.
- Own core platform capabilities for creating, customizing, deploying, and managing AI agents.
- Drive the extensibility model including integrations, tools, actions, context sources, APIs, SDKs, and developer workflows.
- Partner with AI, platform, infrastructure, and product teams to establish common agent architecture patterns.
- Develop deep understanding of agent frameworks, orchestration patterns, evaluation techniques, and governance models.
- Evangelize Datadog's vision for operational AI through customer engagements, conferences, and thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Experienced Product Manager at a SaaS, infrastructure, platform, developer tools, or AI company.
- Strong technical background in AI systems, APIs, platform architecture, developer tooling, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
- Experience building platforms or ecosystems for developers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Salary: $192,000—$240,000 USD.
