Senior Product Manager, Logs - Observability

Elastic, the Search AI Company, provides a cloud-based Search AI Platform used by more than 50% of the Fortune 500. The platform combines search and AI for solutions in search, security, and observability.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Elastic Observability product team, focusing on logs and logs analytics capabilities. You will help deliver an end-to-end full stack Observability experience for logs collected from applications and infrastructure.

• Evolve logs analytics capabilities aligned with organizational and company strategy.
• Advance the end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
• Build features for modern SREs, including GenAI and Agentic workflows, automated SLO/SLI tracking, intelligent alerting, and correlation of logs, metrics, and traces.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design, and other teams to deliver application monitoring experiences.
• Work with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
• Track user engagement and feedback to inform product evolution.

• 3+ years in product management or closely related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics, observability, and/or performance monitoring.
• Ability to convert abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Passion for industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Experience in remote, globally distributed work environment is optional but desired.
• Knowledge of AI is optional but desired.

Base salary range: €61,100—€96,600 EUR. No variable compensation component.
