Senior Product Manager, Logs - Observability

We are seeking an outstanding Product Manager to join the Elastic Observability product team, with a focus on logs and logs analytics capabilities. You will help ensure that we give our customers the best end-to-end full stack Observability experience for logs we collect from the applications and infrastructure we monitor.

• Evolving our logs analytics capabilities, aligning at every step with organizational and company strategy.
• Advancing and influencing the entire end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
• Building features that cater to the modern SRE, including integrating GenAI and Agentic workflows into the logging experience, automated SLO/SLI tracking from logs, intelligent alerting, and correlating logs, metrics, and traces.
• Working closely across teams, collaborating with Engineering, UX, Design, and other teams to bring top-notch application monitoring experiences to our users.
• Working with Sales & Marketing teams on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
• Tracking user engagement and feedback to inform product and feature evolution.

• Ideally 3+ years in product management or closely related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics, Observability, and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge.
• Comfort working with and converting abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions, working from the customer backwards.
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
• Passion for industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Experience working in remote, globally distributed work environment is optional but desired.
• Knowledge of AI is optional but desired.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is $128,300—$203,000 CAD. In addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program. Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.
