Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Elastic Observability product team, focusing on logs and logs analytics capabilities. You will help ensure customers get the best end-to-end full stack observability experience for logs collected from applications and infrastructure.

• Evolve logs analytics capabilities, aligning with organizational and company strategy.
• Advance the end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
• Build features for the modern SRE, including GenAI and Agentic workflows, automated SLO/SLI tracking, intelligent alerting, and correlating logs, metrics, and traces.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design, and other teams to deliver top-notch application monitoring experiences.
• Work with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
• Track user engagement and feedback to inform product evolution.

• 3+ years in product management or closely related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics, observability, and/or performance monitoring.
• Comfort converting abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Passion for industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Experience in remote, globally distributed work environment is optional but desired.
• Knowledge of AI is optional but desired.

Base salary range: $159,800—$252,800 USD; in select locations (Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, SF Bay Area CA, NYC Metro): $191,900—$303,500 USD. Eligible for Elastic's stock program. Company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings.
