About the Role
Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Elastic Observability product team, focusing on logs and logs analytics capabilities. This role will help deliver a best-in-class end-to-end full-stack Observability experience for logs collected from applications and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Evolve logs analytics capabilities, aligning with organizational and company strategy.
- Advance the end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
- Build features for modern SREs, including integrating GenAI and Agentic workflows into the logging experience, automated SLO/SLI tracking from logs, intelligent alerting, and correlating logs, metrics, and traces.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design, and other teams to deliver application monitoring experiences.
- Work with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
- Track user engagement and feedback to inform product evolution.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in product management or closely related area.
- Technical experience in logs analytics, Observability, and/or performance monitoring.
- Comfort converting abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions.
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
- Passion for industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Experience in remote, globally distributed work environment is optional but desired.
- Knowledge of AI is optional but desired.
Compensation
The typical starting salary range for this role is $133,100—$210,600 USD. In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range of $159,900—$252,900 USD may apply. This role does not have a variable compensation component.
