Senior Product Manager, Logs - Observability

We are seeking an outstanding Product Manager to join the Elastic Observability product team, focusing on logs and logs analytics capabilities. You will help ensure that we give our customers the best end-to-end full stack Observability experience for logs we collect from the applications and infrastructure we monitor.

• Evolving our logs analytics capabilities, aligning at every step with organizational and company strategy.
• Advancing and influencing the entire end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
• Building features that cater to the modern SRE, including integrating GenAI and Agentic workflows into the logging experience, automated SLO/SLI tracking from logs, intelligent alerting, and correlating logs, metrics, and traces.
• Working closely across teams, collaborating with Engineering, UX, Design, and other teams to bring top-notch application monitoring experiences to our users.
• Working with Sales & Marketing teams on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
• Tracking user engagement and feedback to inform product and feature evolution.

• Ideally 3+ years in product management or closely related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge.
• Comfort working with and converting abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions, working from the customer backwards.
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
• Passion for industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Experience working in remote, globally distributed work environment is optional but desired.
• Knowledge of AI is optional but desired.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. The typical starting salary range for this role is €61,100—€96,600 EUR.
