CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™, a specialized cloud provider delivering GPU compute for AI and machine learning. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define and scale narratives, product launches, and go-to-market strategy for our software products like W&B Models and W&B Weave.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling positioning and messaging for products across experiment tracking, model evaluation, agent observability, and MLOps workflows.
- Support product launches with persona-driven messaging grounded in customer insights and market research.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Content Marketing to develop campaign briefs and messaging frameworks.
- Uncover customer stories and develop case studies, testimonials, and reference materials.
- Equip Sales, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success teams with messaging frameworks, battlecards, and technical enablement content.
- Measure effectiveness of product positioning, messaging, and launch activities through adoption, engagement, and pipeline metrics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Product Management, Developer Marketing, or related go-to-market role, ideally within AI/ML, developer tools, SaaS, data platforms, or enterprise software.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, and Solutions Architects.
- Ability to understand complex AI, machine learning, or developer workflows and translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
- Experience creating product launches, sales enablement materials, customer-facing content, demos, case studies, webinars, and other go-to-market assets.
- Familiarity with customer research, persona development, customer journeys, and customer advocacy programs.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and contribute to successful product launches.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity about AI, machine learning, LLMs, AI agents, and developer tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Academic or business background in AI and machine learning.
- Hands-on experience with Python, data science, machine learning workflows, or developer tools.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $161,000 to $237,000. Total rewards include discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, tuition reimbursement, mental wellness, family-forming support, paid parental leave, childcare support, 401(k) match, flexible PTO, and office meals.
