About Harvey
Harvey is transforming legal and professional services with frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support, scaling fast to define a new category.
Role Overview
As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams, turning strategy into execution across the product lifecycle. You'll build and scale operating systems that help product teams make better decisions and drive measurable impact for law firms and in-house legal teams.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain Voice of Customer systems that synthesize feedback from law firm partners, in-house clients, CSMs, and sales into actionable product signals.
- Establish mechanisms for measuring product success, including analytics dashboards, KPIs, and clear hypotheses.
- Create high-leverage engagement points with customers throughout the product lifecycle, from alpha through post-GA.
- Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals (planning cycles, monthly reviews, roadmap prioritization).
- Build reliable run-of-business systems: launch calendars, intake frameworks, RACI structures.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Design and run Early Access Programs and alpha testing programs to validate product-market fit.
- Own launch coordination end-to-end, ensuring timely, high-confidence rollouts with clear success metrics and post-launch monitoring.
- Maintain cross-team roadmap visibility for GTM, Legal, and leadership.
What You Have
- 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a closely related operational role at a high growth tech or SaaS company.
- Experience building processes and programs from scratch and scaling them thoughtfully.
- Experience working with AI-native products, ideally where model quality and output reliability are central.
- Strong ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs.
- Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority.
- Hands-on experience with launch coordination, EAPs, or customer feedback loops.
