About the Role
Databricks is the Data and AI company. As a Senior Scale Solution Engineer, you will act as a technical anchor for the scaled customer motion, advising customers from pre-sales through production. You will independently own complex engagements, build AI-augmented workflows, and set the quality bar for the team.
What You'll Do
- Independently own customer engagements across their lifecycle.
- Serve as the go-to expert on the Databricks Data + AI Platform.
- Build reusable AI-augmented workflows to deliver guidance at scale.
- Work directly with multiple customers concurrently.
What We Look For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
- 4+ years in a technical role, preferably in Data, AI, or Cloud.
- Deep knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of AI-driven development with Python or SQL.
- Understanding of end-to-end data analytics and data engineering workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Korean and English.
Nice to Have
- Databricks Certification.
- Experience with AI tooling, consulting, pre-sales, or agentic solutions.
