About the Role
This is a team-agnostic placement. You may own the CI pipeline experience, deploy and release tooling, notification infrastructure, monetization flows, AI agent surfaces, or the foundational web platform. The through line is full-stack ownership and a high bar for craft.
What You'll Do
- Build AI-natively, using AI as the default starting point for problem-solving.
- Set technical direction, lead design discussions, write ADRs, and make the call.
- Invent new interfaces for software delivery, defining patterns the team builds on.
- Own the full stack end-to-end in Go, React, and TypeScript.
- Champion observability using Honeycomb, Datadog, and Rollbar.
- Close gaps and fix conditions that created them.
What You'll Bring
- AI-native engineering practices, using AI tools daily.
- 5+ years of production full-stack experience with latency, responsiveness, and reliability as design concerns.
- Strong React and TypeScript; comfortable owning backend services in Go.
- System design leadership on complex systems.
- Adaptability and technical leadership, mentoring engineers and raising the quality bar.
Compensation
Canada Base Pay Range: $156,000—$196,000 CAD
