Responsibilities
- Come up with innovative solutions to help users get the most out of Algolia
- Execute experiments and A/B tests to choose the best possible solution
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to identify and ideate on opportunities
- Mentor other software engineers and help them grow
- Design & develop a scalable growth platform
- Work with a wide range of teams to deliver a solid growth foundation
- Improve engineering quality, processes and tooling
- Help define the team roadmap
Qualifications
- Passion for delivering the best UX to diverse sets of users
- Mindset to take data-driven decisions and analyze impact
- Experience with event-driven infrastructure in GCP or AWS
- Experience with a server-side typed or untyped language (Ruby, with plans for Golang)
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS – fullstack role
- Nice to have: experience in a scale-up or Growth team, analytics platforms like Amplitude, Hex
Compensation
Base salary range: $163,100—$215,000 USD
