Senior Solutions Architect

The Senior Solutions Architect leads Professional Services engagements, designing end-to-end solutions that translate enterprise workflows into architectures where humans and agents operate together.

• Push to recommendations faster, shaping direction and identifying where business processes need to change.
• Recommend changes beyond the platform: process redesign, workflow ownership, how work moves between teams and between humans and agents.
• Design end-to-end solutions that translate existing enterprise workflows into architectures where humans and agents operate together.
• Identify where agentic workflows create real leverage and design reliable handoffs in production.
• Navigate organizational complexity, build coalitions, and manage stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Create reusable solution patterns and reference architectures.
• Stay involved through delivery, adapting design as customer reality evolves.

• AI embedded in work, using AI tools to compress output: generating solution blueprints, structuring discovery, drafting documentation, prototyping automation logic.
• Designed agentic workflows in practice, making decisions about model selection, prompt architecture, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and where AI should not be trusted without oversight.
• Business process transformation background, leading engagements where the deliverable was a change in how an organization operates.
• 7+ years in client-facing delivery, consulting, or enterprise transformation, with a track record of leading complex engagements at VP and C-suite level.
• Professional services or management consulting background.
• Communicate across C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs.
• Enterprise scale: thousands of users, multi-business unit complexity, compliance and security requirements.

Compensation: For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York, the on-target earnings range is $170,000—$236,900 USD. For all other work locations (including remote), the range is $153,000—$213,200 USD. Total compensation includes benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation.
