Senior Solutions Architect - Public Sector

As a Senior Solutions Architect in the Public Sector, you will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to the sales team, customers, partners, and community. You will understand and solve customer business issues with the Elastic Stack, engage the regional Elastic community, and enable sales through partners.

• Serve as technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in your territory.
• Develop deep understanding of customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address them.
• Create and own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
• Participate in all phases of territory planning and execution, from discovery to technical win.
• Maintain deep understanding of Elastic products and demonstrate value in sales meetings and events.
• Advise sales team on positioning Elastic products, solutions, and services.
• Onboard, educate, and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral, contribute to programs, and collaborate with other Elasticians.
• Be the voice of the customer and community to communicate needs and enhancements to engineering and leadership.
• Deepen sales and technical skills through self-driven education and professional development.

• Track record of success in technical presales within the Public Sector.
• Demonstrable ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms, software, and technologies.
• Passion for curiosity and continuous learning.
• History of successful customer relations and devising architectures to meet goals.
• Ability to influence and inspire groups.
• Willingness to travel 30% within region, occasionally internationally.

Compensation: The typical starting On-Target Earnings range (Base Salary + Variable) is €100,900—€159,600 EUR.
