Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager

MongoDB is hiring a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning and messaging for MongoDB Search and Vector Search, the retrieval layer powering AI applications and agents. This role partners with Marketing, Builder Relations, Product Management, Engineering, Partners, and Sales to drive adoption and revenue.

• Drive strategy and execution for high-impact initiatives aligned with MongoDB's long-term business goals.
• Enable teams with data-driven positioning, messaging, and persona development.
• Create technical content on how Search and Vector Search enable advanced information retrieval in AI and agentic systems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on search, retrieval, and AI stack patterns, synthesizing data for internal and external audiences.
• Execute cross-functional launch strategies for new Search and Vector Search capabilities.

• 5-8 years in product marketing, product management, developer relations, or solutions engineering, preferably in B2B technology, AI/ML, cloud, or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with data-driven judgment.
• High-bar communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• Deep understanding of databases, cloud infrastructure, developer landscape, and connection to embedding models and generative AI.
• Genuine empathy for customer challenges and a strong bias for action.
• Low ego-to-talent ratio and ability to represent the company in executive-level customer calls, analyst briefings, and public appearances.

Base salary range for U.S.-based candidates: $92,000—$182,000 USD.
