Software Engineer, Growth (all levels)

Render is building a modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. The platform offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide. In February 2026, Render raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing total funding to $260M.

As a product engineer at Render, you will take complete, end-to-end ownership of full stack projects. The Growth team owns customer attraction, onboarding, and billing flows. You will collaborate closely with design, product, other engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders, help evolve the Render codebase, participate in team planning and roadmapping, and take part in on-call responsibilities.

• 6+ years of professional experience shipping software.
• Experience collaborating with product and design stakeholders.
• Experience working across the stack, both collaboratively and independently.
• Strong understanding of web frameworks, APIs, and databases, and experience with multiple programming languages.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to make pragmatic decisions.

• Familiarity with modern tooling for software build and deploy processes.
• Familiarity building for product-driven growth and modern enterprise audiences.
• Experience with technologies the Render product runs on: Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Postgres, Terraform, Temporal.
