About the role
Samsara is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, an IoT platform that helps organizations harness data from physical operations. As a Software Engineer I - New Grad, you'll work on high-impact engineering challenges across the platform, potentially in backend infrastructure, full-stack web, mobile, or embedded software.
What you'll do
Depending on the team, you may build backend infrastructure for IoT data ingestion and storage, create intuitive user experiences with React and TypeScript, strengthen the React Native mobile app, or work on embedded software for Samsara hardware. You'll have access to the latest AI tools and a high degree of ownership from day one.
Minimum requirements
Current Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date in Winter/Spring of 2027. Experience with Golang, TypeScript, React, GraphQL, or React Native is not required but similar technologies are encouraged.
Compensation
Annual base salary range: $136,850—$161,000 USD. Eligible for initial RSU grant and performance-based bonus/variable pay.
