Solutions Architect - Manufacturing

Databricks, the Data and AI company, seeks an experienced pre-sales professional to serve as the main technical voice for large enterprise accounts in the High Tech and Manufacturing space. Working alongside the Enterprise Account Executive (AE), the Solutions Architect defines and directs the technical strategy for Databricks' largest accounts, driving wider and deeper adoption of ML & AI.

• Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy
• Implement the technical strategy in the account and build a movement of technical champions
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions and provide structured mentorship for team members

• Proficiency at establishing and leading virtual teams within the account
• Experience working very large (> $1m ARR), global accounts
• Form relationships with executives and present convincing points-of-view to decision-makers
• Technical in big data, data science and cloud; ability in data-driven business transformation
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java

Nice to have: Databricks Certification.

Compensation: Local pay range $139,700—$247,300 USD; total package may include annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

Location: Chicago, IL | Minneapolis, MN; open to remote candidates in various cities around the Central US.
