About the Role
Peloton is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Hardware Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of our existing portfolios. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of hardware, software, and content.
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the Peloton portfolio.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies.
- Define and track key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager in hardware.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end system architecture.
- Strong history of leading cross-functional projects.
- Deep understanding of hardware development process including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Compensation
Base salary range: $173,500—$213,100 USD.
