Sr. Product Manager, Core Saving Experience

Pinterest is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Core Saving Experience, owning the end-to-end save experience for new and existing Pinners. This role involves defining product strategy, improving first-session saving, and partnering with AI/ML teams to build AI-powered saving and curation features.

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Core Saving Experience, including new user saving, ongoing saving, and adjacent organizing actions.
• Drive strategy for new user saving, improving first-session save conversion, early repeat saves, and early board creation.
• Lead product strategy for new and sparse boards to help Pinners see value quickly.
• Use data, research, and experimentation to understand saving behaviors and translate insights into product flows.
• Run an experiment-driven roadmap to reduce friction and improve save quality.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to ship AI-powered features like intelligent organization, summarization, and planning helpers.

• Experience building and scaling consumer products, with focus on activation, engagement, or retention funnels.
• Strong product sense and user empathy, with experience shipping high-impact features on core surfaces.
• Data-driven mindset, with experience partnering with data science, instrumenting metrics, and interpreting A/B tests.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality, with strong verification skills.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Base salary range: $139,764 - $287,749 USD. Eligible for equity. Other benefits available.
