Sr. Software Engineer

Pinterest is a visual discovery platform where millions of people find creative ideas. We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our compliance team, focusing on IP, trademark, DSA, and privacy regulations.

• Work with engineers and compliance specialists to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Ops, Product Management, and Data Privacy teams.
• Develop and maintain tools to monitor compliance and mitigate risks.
• Manage project timelines and deliver compliance initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable systems for compliance needs.

• Bachelor's/Master's in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Track record of developing high-quality, reliable software.
• Proven ability to manage technical initiatives.
• Well-versed in agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of regulatory landscape preferred.

This role is hybrid, requiring in-office collaboration 1-2 times per quarter, and can be based anywhere in Ireland. The position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Compensation: €92,223—€161,390 EUR, plus equity.
