Sr. Software Engineer II / Tech lead, Agentic Platform (Poland, Remote, B2B)

We are building an agentic platform that understands operational context and takes action, with the ambition to make physical operations increasingly autonomous. External Platform EMEA owns critical capabilities behind that transition. Depending on the team, your work could include: reporting and intelligence, enterprise administration, developer and agent platform, and business-critical infrastructure.

• Lead technical discussions with teammates to identify gaps in our telematics data platform and influence roadmap.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to make design decisions and understand downstream implications.
• Ship features that deliver value to customers, refining them based on feedback.
• Deliver full stack features across front-end, back-end, and mobile using GoLang, GraphQL, Typescript, React, and ReactNative (direct experience not required).
• Maintain production systems and provide operational support.
• Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team.

• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience, including hands-on work building and operating complex enterprise systems.
• Track record of turning partially defined challenges into technical direction and measurable outcomes with substantial autonomy.
• Strong system design judgment, including service boundaries, dependencies, failure modes, performance, and safe changes to production systems.
• Experience leading delivery through deep ownership of a critical system or coordination across multiple services and teams.
• Ability to improve other engineers’ effectiveness through mentoring, design reviews, and clear technical decisions.
• Extensive use of AI throughout engineering, including complex investigations and design exploration.

• Experience building customer-facing web and mobile workflow applications.
• Experience in reporting and data systems, enterprise administration, developer and agent platforms, billing and monetization, or full-stack product development.

Annual base salary: 638,350 zł—751,000 zł PLN. Eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff and ongoing refresh opportunities. Total rewards include base salary, performance-based bonus/variable pay, equity, flexible remote model, professional development stipend, comprehensive health and parental leave plans.
