Sr. Solutions Architect - Retail, Travel & Hospitality

As a Sr. Solutions Architect in the Retail, Travel & Hospitality sector, you will work with 1-5 clients as the main technical voice for Databricks, leading customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks as part of their strategy. You will implement technical strategy in the account, build a movement of technical champions, align technical strategies around Databricks solutions, and provide structured mentorship for other team members.

• 8+ years of experience working with very large (> $1m ARR) accounts in the Retail and CPG space
• 4+ years in a pre-sales capacity or supporting sales activity
• Technical in big data, data science, and cloud
• Ability in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data
• 4+ years of design and implementation experience in big data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP or full lifecycle data science solutions
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java
• Nice to have: Databricks Certification

Local Pay Range: $180,000—$247,500 USD. Total compensation may include annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits. Databricks offers comprehensive benefits and perks; details vary by region.
