Sr. Staff Fullstack Engineer, Agentic Applications

As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will define the technical roadmap, design critical software systems, mentor junior engineers, and lead a team of software engineers.

• Define technical strategy and roadmap for in-house solutions for critical internal workflows.
• Partner with product management, design, and engineering teams to build end-to-end AI-powered solutions.
• Eliminate technical risk by solving the most challenging technical issues.
• Drive best practices for engineering excellence, including design quality, operational reviews, testing strategies, and incident management.

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of technical leadership.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience as technical owner for software systems.
• Experience designing and building end-to-end, full-stack cloud-native applications.
• Customer obsession and product engineering mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for the data intelligence space.

Local Pay Range: $192,000—$260,000 USD. Total compensation may include annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits. Databricks offers comprehensive benefits and perks; details vary by region.
