About the job

About Pinterest

Pinterest is a visual discovery platform where millions of people find creative ideas and plan for future moments. The company's mission is to bring everyone the inspiration to create a life they love. This role sits within the EPD Ads and Ads Product department and is central to building the data foundation for Pinterest's ads measurement flywheel.

Role Overview

As a Sr. Staff Product Manager, you will own the vision, building, and execution of Pinterest's data and signal ingestion and connectivity strategy to drive ads measurement and performance. You will define the multi-year roadmap, establish operating models and OKRs, and partner with engineering, data science, PMM, and ads product leaders to ensure signals are accurately ingested and leveraged in the Pinterest ad stack. You will also represent Pinterest's point of view on industry shifts like browser changes, cookies, MMPs, signal loss, and privacy regulation.

Responsibilities

  • Own integration into the Pinterest ad stack and partner with ads quality, offsite, and business platform teams to maximize signal utility.
  • Design pathways to expand signal coverage through CAPI, server-to-server integrations, Tag, APIs, MMPs, clean rooms (DCR), and offline data uploads.
  • Leverage buy/build/partner approaches to move with speed.
  • Translate complex measurement methods into credible, useful, and scalable products.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager or related role, including 5–7+ years of substantial ads data/signals or marketing measurement experience.
  • Deep understanding of the data and signals ecosystem, including privacy-safe measurement, MMPs, CAPI, Tag, Pixel, clean rooms, and data partners.
  • Experience partnering with engineering, data science, analytics, research, or PMM cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to define new products and strategies in ambiguous spaces and execute from ideation through go-to-market.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills with advertisers, creators, Pinners, and internal partners.
  • Deep understanding of business metrics and tradeoffs in online platforms or multi-sided ecosystems.
  • Preferred: Experience with social, video, commerce, or organic-and-paid measurement; building advertiser-facing measurement products; understanding of attribution, incrementality, marketing mix modeling, or cross-channel measurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
