We are seeking an experienced and strategic Staff PLM Analyst to join the Hardware Quality & Operations organization. In this role, you will own the strategy, standard, and governance within Product Lifecycle Management, maintaining product data integrity, defining change management processes, and enabling cross-functional teams to work from a single source of truth.

Responsibilities

  • Define BOM structure standards, templates, and governance policies.
  • Own the strategic design and continuous improvement of the ECO/ECN process.
  • Serve as system administrator and data steward for the PLM platform.
  • Act as primary PLM point of contact for Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management.
  • Support NPI programs and collaborate with ERP teams for data synchronization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in PLM analyst, product data management, or configuration management role.
  • Strong understanding of server and data center architecture.
  • Experience managing Engineering Change Orders and change control processes.
  • Experience mentoring analysts and building training materials.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $207,000 to $275,000. Total rewards include discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits.
