This role is remote and open to candidates residing in the US. Relocation assistance will not be provided. The position involves taking ownership of technically complex, mission-critical areas, defining and driving technical strategy for new products and platform capabilities, and designing and shipping full-stack features end to end. You will partner with product, design, and customer-facing teams, build and scale systems behind AI-driven products, and raise the bar for engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and mentorship.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software design and development, including building and operating production systems at scale.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals across backend services, APIs, and frontend (web or mobile).
• Proficiency in modern languages and frameworks (Go, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, or similar).
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-team or cross-org projects from inception through rollout.
• Experience building AI-powered or data-driven products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience shipping AI-powered features in production, including LLM-based products, agentic workflows, or recommendation systems.
• Comfort with modern AI-augmented development workflows (Cursor, LLMs, etc.).
• Background with real-world operational data (telematics, sensor data, work orders, inspections) or strong interest in learning the domain.
• Proven track record of mentoring senior engineers and influencing engineering culture.

Annual base salary range: $162,400—$290,000 USD. Eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff and ongoing refresh opportunities.
