Staff Product Manager - AI Platform

As a Staff Product Manager, you will own and drive AI product initiatives end-to-end, from ideation to launch to retention. You will engage with customers, identify new product opportunities, collaborate with leaders across functions, and build alignment on company-wide initiatives. You will work closely with Engineering to drive an efficient R&D process, and with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to maximize product impact.

You will drive the AI roadmap, turning customer interactions into actionable revenue signals. You'll own the product roadmap for transcript intelligence and productized insights that improve pipeline health, deal risk, forecast accuracy, account intelligence, and rep productivity. Your work will integrate with CRM and the modern GTM stack, surfacing insights in workflows and triggering automated follow-ups.

• 8+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong AI experience: agents, context, memory, agent frameworks, agent platforms
• Ability to explain complex AI solutions to customers and non-technical audiences
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
• In-depth understanding of data integration, API complexities, data flow, data connectors, and the modern data stack
• Experience with CRM systems and ecosystem integrations preferred
• Outstanding presentation skills

Base pay range: $132,000—$220,000 USD. Total compensation may include performance bonus, benefits, and other incentive compensation plans.
