About the job

About the role

Calendly is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own and evolve the Meetings product, the core scheduling experience used by millions. This is a hybrid role based in the Bay Area, with an expectation to work from the San Francisco office two days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Define the Meetings strategy and roadmap, identifying the highest-leverage opportunities across Calendly's core scheduling experience.
  • Simplify mature workflows and make sophisticated scheduling capabilities intuitive.
  • Drive growth by improving activation, engagement, retention, and monetization for individual and team customers.
  • Expand underused capabilities into new customer segments and use cases.
  • Shape the future of Meetings by incorporating AI and changing customer behaviors into product investments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Research, Marketing, Sales) through influence.
  • Define OKRs and KPIs, using customer insights and data to iterate.
  • Raise the product bar with strong product judgment and customer empathy.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of product management experience, including significant ownership of a scaled, mature product at a B2B or B2C SaaS company.
  • Track record of setting product strategy and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Experience evolving a core product at scale and improving metrics like activation, adoption, engagement, retention, revenue, or customer satisfaction.
  • Strong product sense and customer empathy, turning complex workflows into simple experiences.
  • Experience with product-led growth, including self-serve acquisition, activation, virality, engagement, and expansion.
  • Experience building products for both individual users and organizations, ideally in collaboration, productivity, scheduling, or work management.
  • Experience using AI in product development and a point of view on how AI can improve customer workflows.
  • Strong analytical judgment combining quantitative data, customer research, and product intuition.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Technical depth to partner with Engineering on platform capabilities, integrations, APIs, and architecture.
  • Ability to work from the San Francisco office two days per week.
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States; Calendly does not provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
