Staff Software Engineer- Codegen

This role is with LibLab, recently acquired by Postman, which builds open-source SDKs and client libraries.

• Design, develop, and maintain software using modern languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various programming languages and technologies.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and provide technical support.
• Mentor and guide other engineers, promoting best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
• Contribute to overall architecture and technical strategy.
• Lead new initiatives end to end with company impact.

• 10+ years of software development experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong technical skills with developer tools and APIs.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including TypeScript (NodeJS).
• Strong communication skills.
• Located in Austin, Texas, and willing to work in the office three times a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
• Experience managing and leading a team of engineers.

Nice to have: deep technical expertise in SDKs and Docs, experience creating technical content, and experience in distributed organizations.

Base salary range: $210,000 - $263,000, plus a competitive equity package.
