Staff Technical Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Staff Technical Program Manager to oversee high visibility programs and streamline processes for building great customer and merchant products.

• Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible technical programs in service of expanding our consumer product suite and platform capabilities.
• Coordinate across engineering teams and non-engineering stakeholders through the full program lifecycle to plan requirements, identify risks, manage program schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.
• Understand technical implementation at the architecture level, propose technical alternatives, and develop domain and technical knowledge.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to plan requirements, identify risks, manage program schedules, and communicate clearly.
• Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to upper management and program stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of proven experience managing technical programs.
• Passion and drive to change consumer finance for the better.
• Organized and strategic approach to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Obsesses over getting the details right but knows how to ship on time.
• Working and driving strategic programs and building a remote friendly culture.
• Actively mentors and levels up team members.
• Track record of successfully driving complex large technology applications and geographically distributed backend systems.
• Track record of strong stakeholder management with Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in FinTech, Payments or Commerce is a plus.

CAN base pay range per year: $153,000 - $213,000. Total compensation may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.
