Staff User Researcher on the Consumer team, focusing on food behaviors, health, and nutrition. Lead research from generative discovery to iterative product testing, partnering with product, design, data science, marketing, and engineering.

• Own research roadmap for consumer innovation
• Lead generative research on food, nutrition, and health
• Apply behavioral science frameworks
• Execute mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative)
• Translate insights into compelling narratives
• Maintain knowledge bases, personas, and journey maps
• Mentor junior researchers
• Advocate for customers across the organization

• 8+ years conducting UX or consumer research
• Background in behavioral psychology or related fields
• Expertise in qualitative methodologies (interviews, ethnography, diary studies)
• Strong quantitative methods (survey design, experimental design)
• Experience with data science teams
• Fluency using AI tools
• Advanced degree preferred

Base pay ranges from $189,000 to $239,500 depending on location, plus equity grants.
