Strategic Finance & Analytics Intern (MBA)

Airbnb is seeking MBA students to join the Finance organization as Strategic Finance & Analytics Interns for the 2027 Summer Intern Program (May 24, 2027 - August 13, 2027). The Strategic Finance & Analytics (SFA) team sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and the business, partnering directly with leaders to decide where Airbnb invests, how we grow, and what we do next. Interns will contribute to challenging projects, analyze complex business problems, identify trends, construct forecasts and recommendations, and create specifications for reports. The exact project depends on the team placement.

• First-year, full-time MBA students (expected graduation Spring 2028) at accredited U.S. business schools
• 3–5 years of professional experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate development, management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or business operations
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior leaders
• Robust quantitative skills and experience analyzing complex data
• Experience with SQL, financial modeling, data analysis and visualization (Tableau or similar tools)
• AI fluency and sound AI judgment
• Ability to manage time and adapt to changing priorities
• Interest in high-growth, technology, or hospitality companies
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Preferred: Experience conducting industry research and due diligence

Pay rate: $48 per hour (USD). This role may be eligible for benefits and Employee Travel Credits.
