Talent Partner, Engineering

We're looking for a Talent Partner to work with our CTO and talent team to scale engineering hiring. You'll lead the charge on engineering hiring: pipeline, process, tools & systems, all while keeping the bar high as we grow.

• Lead engineering hiring, including pipeline, process, tools, and systems.
• Build pipeline through referral flywheel, employer brand, and outbound motion.
• Run multiple searches at pace without the bar or experience slipping.
• Partner closely with engineering leadership as an extension of the team.

• Have thrived in someone else's system and are ready to build your own.
• Have hired across product, ML/AI, and infrastructure engineering at a high bar in tech or AI-native products.
• Have strong opinions about what great hiring looks like and the conviction to push for it.
• Can differentiate between engineers who are AI-native and those who are AI-adjacent.
• Care about the company and product as much as who you're hiring.
• Can run multiple searches at pace without the bar or experience slipping.

• Have dabbled in engineering hiring—we need someone whose craft is engineering hiring.
• Treat hiring as a numbers game—we'd rather wait for the right person than move fast for the wrong one.
• Are uncomfortable partnering with engineering—this role requires close collaboration with technical leaders.
• Need complete clarity—we're a startup, some things need figuring out.
• Want to hand off sourcing and pipeline work—this is a hands-on role.

Salary: £75K – £95K. Offers Equity.
