Recruiting Coordinator

Coder is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to keep hiring organized and welcoming. You'll keep scheduling running smoothly, support the Recruiting Team, and ensure candidates have a great experience throughout the interview process. This position is slated as contract-to-hire, and we're looking for someone able to join us in our Austin office occasionally.

• Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews across teams and time zones
• Document interview processes, interviewer roles, and other relevant details
• Identify opportunities to streamline coordination and improve the candidate and hiring team experience
• Support day-to-day recruiting operations

• 1+ year(s) of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, administrative support, or similar
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear and friendly communication, both written and verbal
• A candidate-first mindset
• Experience using AI, an Applicant Tracking System (Ashby, Greenhouse, etc.), and standard web-based tools (Google Workspace or similar)
• Bonus: Experience using Ashby ATS, prior experience at a quickly scaling technical startup, interest in growing into a full-cycle Recruiter

Salary: $72,000 – $98,000 USD per year.
